The big day has finally arrived! So thrilled, thankful, overjoyed. Love never fails.
{PY Photo} 30 DAYS TILL I MARRY THIS GIRL!!! DREAM-COME-TRUE.
{Song} Niki & The Dove. “Tomorrow”. Definitely one of the best songs of the year.
Ok Copasetica posts will be few and far between for a while. Too much to do, professionally and personally, before my wedding (45 days!). I’ll at least post a PY photograph HERE once a week. There’ll be so much amazing music to share once I’m back. For now >DOWNLOAD< my current favorite song, Sucré ”Hiding Out”. And enjoy the {Live Video}. Kills me…
Happy Anniversary (yesterday) to my brother & sister-in-law, Nate & Angela. Love you!
{Music Video} Lost In The Trees “Red”
I’m LOVING this new Lost In The Trees album, “A Church That Fits Our Needs”. Here’s a great trailer video for it. Fascinating, sophisticated, beautiful, start to finish. I love their use of orchestral instruments, and operatic vocals. I saw them described somewhere like “Indie Cirque de Solei Music”. About right. I think they even share the stage with a dancer at some of their live performances. So rad. They’re coming to NY in a couple weeks. Hoping I can make it out to see them. Enjoy…
{Diary} Off to Nashville tomorrow! I hope it’s warmer than the 30s/40s when we get back…

Repeat x50 today. {Song} Zola Jesus “In Your Nature (David Lynch Remix). {Photo} by Bill Owens.
Spring buds are everywhere in New York. I love it. Also I saw the new Mad Man premiere last night, so this {Illustration} by Coby Whitmore fits my mood.
{Song} Miike Snow “God Help This Divorce”. Strange lyrics but I rarely care when I love the music/melodies. Also, it kind of rips off Simon & Garfunkel’s “The Only Living Boy In New York.” as I hear it, but hey that’s a great song to rip off. Ha. I enjoy this song, and the whole album for that matter.
I miss my girl, she comes home tonight!
{Song} Beach House “Myth”. I love this band so hard. Their last album was near perfect. Stoked for the forthcoming new one in May.

{Music Video} The Black Keys “Gold On The Ceiling”
Fun likeable live/tour-footage video. I love that this band blew up. Keeping rock n roll alive in 2012. And doing it so well. It’s also fun for me that the first dozen seconds of this video are totally my new neighborhood — L.E.S./Bowery/Chinatown (Bowery Ballroom). And my old/favorite neighborhood, The East Village (Webster Hall).
{Diary} The whole Trayvon Martin story is so troubling. 17. Skittles & Ice Tea. The 911 Calls. Cold blood. No arrest. Look into it if you haven’t. Here are my brief thoughts.
